Consent of a Site Visitor to the Processing of Personal Data

Who Processes the Data
Operator: LLP 'Pwron', operating under the brand gro.now (Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Satpayeva St., 90/54, Apt. 5, index 050000; e-mail: hi@gro.now; website: https://gro.now/).
This consent applies to the processing of personal data of visitors to the website https://gro.now/ (hereinafter – the Site), who wish to contact us through the 'Request a demo' and/or 'Schedule a consultation' forms/buttons, send us a message in messengers, or by email.
Important: The terms of data processing for respondents participating in surveys and other activities on the platform, as well as for our current clients, are regulated by separate gro.now documents. This consent is for contacts via the Site.

When and by What Action You Give Consent
You give consent to gro.now for the processing of your personal data when you perform one of the following actions:
- you check the box 'I agree with the Privacy Policy and give my consent to the processing of my personal data' and submit the 'Request a demo' form;
- you click 'Schedule a consultation', proceed to the booking page in Calendly, and book a slot (in this case, you also give consent to gro.now to receive information about your booking from Calendly);
- you continue to use the Site after a banner with a link to the Cookie Policy is displayed (for technical data/cookie files – to the extent provided in said policy).
We record the fact and moment of consent in an electronic log (date/time, channel, text version, IP/agent, action).
What Data is Processed
Through the 'Request a demo' form: first name, last name, email address, company name, phone number, a brief description of the request/current settings, and other information you provide in the 'Message' field.
Through 'Schedule a consultation' (Calendly): name, email address, selected date and time, text of the request, and other information you enter during booking. This data is initially collected by Calendly as an independent operator in accordance with its documents (Terms of Use, Privacy Notice). After booking, Calendly transfers the information about your booking and message to gro.now – we process it based on this consent.
Technical data/logs: IP address and approximate location by IP (city/region), device/browser/OS type, UTM tags/source of referral, cookie/SDK identifiers, and interface events – to the extent necessary for the operation of the Site, security, and analytics, according to the rules of the Cookie Policy.
Through 'Schedule a consultation' (Calendly): name, email address, selected date and time, text of the request, and other information you enter during booking. This data is initially collected by Calendly as an independent operator in accordance with its documents (Terms of Use, Privacy Notice). After booking, Calendly transfers the information about your booking and message to gro.now – we process it based on this consent.

For What Purposes
- Communication regarding your inquiry: processing the request, preparing and sending a response, coordinating a demo/consultation, subsequent business correspondence.
- Preparation and conduct of a demo/consultation: scheduling a slot, sending reminders, clarifying requirements, forming proposals.
- Inquiry analytics and service quality: statistics on channels/topics (on anonymized datasets), improving forms/processes.
- Security and prevention of abuse: preventing spam/automated submissions, investigating incidents.
- Legal obligations: accounting and storage of business correspondence, responding to lawful requests from authorized bodies.
- Marketing communications (optional): sending news/offers from gro.now – only with separate consent (a separate checkbox/confirmation). You can unsubscribe at any time.
To Whom and What May Be Transferred
We transfer data only to the extent necessary for the purpose of processing:
- IT infrastructure: hosting/cloud/CDN/email services, reminder and calendar notification services;
- Calendly: when choosing to book – you interact directly with Calendly; we receive booking and message information from Calendly;
- Partner consultants/auditors (under NDA): if necessary for legal/technical support;
- Government bodies and courts: only as required by law and to the extent necessary to respond.
We do not sell your personal data or disclose it for third-party marketing without your separate consent.
Cross-border Transfer
The infrastructure of certain providers (including Calendly/email/cloud services) may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, the transfer is carried out using contractual and technical guarantees (minimization, encryption, access control). Using Calendly means processing according to Calendly's rules in the relevant jurisdictions.
Storage Periods
- correspondence and information on requests/bookings – up to 24 months from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or for the protection of rights;
- records of consent – up to 3 years;
- marketing subscriptions – until withdrawal/unsubscription;
- technical logs/cookies – for the periods specified in the Cookie Policy.
After the expiration of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You have the right to: access your data and a copy of it; request correction/deletion; restrict processing; object to certain processing on legitimate interest grounds; withdraw consent (in whole or in part); manage subscriptions and cookies/SDKs; file a complaint with an authorized body and/or in court.

Withdrawal of Consent and Consequences
You can withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., for marketing/analytics/use of non-essential cookies/SDKs or for further processing of your request). The withdrawal applies to the future and does not affect processing that has already been lawfully conducted. If processing is technically impossible without certain operations (e.g., reminding you of a slot via an email service), the corresponding function will become unavailable.
Minors
The Site and contact forms are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please send a request only with the consent of a legal representative; we may request confirmation.
